Moon bowl

One bowl, one hand.

A hand-thrown bowl with a soft pale glaze, made in one small batch. No two bowls are quite the same. The process respects the natural tendencies of the clay, resulting in a unique profile for every piece.

How it’s made

Each piece is shaped, dried, and fired by hand over many days. We believe in the "slow art" movement—an intentional rejection of mass production.

Our process

Our process begins with raw stoneware clay, carefully wedged to remove air. Every curve is dictated by the rhythm of the wheel and the touch of the hand.
