Mold Inspections

Your Mainland Home Inspector is a specially trained and certified Mold Inspector. The goal of our mold inspection is to identify the threat of mold in the home or building and ensure the environment is safe.
We will do a visual inspection of the exterior and interior of the space. We also detect mold by capturing mold spores and swab samples of growth present in the space.
