About me
I spent over a decade leading product and design teams at high-growth companies.
Throughout that journey, I realized my true passion wasn't just building products, but building people.
I created Next Step Path to provide the focused, distraction-free guidance I wish I had during my own career pivots. My goal is to help you cut through the noise, articulate your unique value, and move forward with absolute clarity.
