To care for your eyelash extensions, avoid getting them wet for the first 24-48 hours after application. Gently brush your lashes daily with a clean spoolie, avoid rubbing your eyes, and steer clear of oil-based products and heavy creams around the eye area.

At West Coast Lash Bar, we understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. If you cancel within 24 hours or fail to show up for your appointment, a cancellation fee may apply. Refunds for services are generally not provided; however, if you are unsatisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can address your concerns and ensure you leave happy with your experience.
